2006–2007: the original exchange

The recovered 2007 pages describe Renewable Energy EXchange (Asia) as a way to connect project developers and investors. They include a project-summary table covering hydro, wind, solar, biomass, biogas and energy-efficiency opportunities.

The opportunities are historical records. They are not a current investment offering, and the restoration does not imply that those projects remain available. The ReEx Capital Asia name appears in the later company record.

2009: renewable-energy financing in Palau

Three publicly available reports were prepared by ReEx Capital Asia with Dr Herbert Wade for the Palau Energy Office and the National Development Bank of Palau, under a UNDP project. They address marketing and bankable projects, financing-facility design and operating procedures, and capacity building.

The publications show how technical assistance, project development and financing arrangements were connected in a specific place and time. They should be read as 2009 documents, not as current Palau programme terms.
